From 10am until 12:30pm, join Toni in our relaxed art group exploring all sorts of medium and subject.

All clothing from our clothing storage is free, but is limited to 4 items per person.

Hosted on the last Friday of each month from 10am until 2pm.

Open to anyone experiencing addictive behaviours. This is a weekly drop in session open from 2:30pm-4pm.

A Touch of Gentleness visits us every other Friday offering relaxing hand massage from 10:30am.

Our trained volunteer Richard leads a gentle Qi Gong session every Friday from 11am.

Our teabar is open from 10am until 4pm with affordable hot and cold drinks.

Our choir meet every Friday at 11am supported by Barefoot Opera. Our choir regularly performs at events like Seaview’s Got Talent and our annual carol concert.
